Kevin McGrew, MSW, LCSW
Kevin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with his degree obtained from Louisiana State University. As a therapist, Kevin brings a wealth of life experience, including being a father to five children ranging in ages from 3 to 29. When not working, he enjoys traveling with his wife and can be found taking annual surf pilgrimages to Costa Rica with his son.
His current interests include pickleball, jiu-jitsu, sporting clays, falconry, and paddleboarding. With a love for the arts, including a brief foray into painting and a continued interest in poetry, Kevin approaches his work with creativity and empathy.
Guided by a deep passion for helping others, he believes in the importance of love and connection in healing. Kevin enjoys working with couples and individual adults, particularly those who appreciate humor, and draws upon a wide range of therapeutic approaches to support their well-being.
He utilizes Gottman (Level 3), CBT, DBT, and EFT in his therapy sessions. He has a Christocentric worldview and tries to refrain from quoting CS Lewis more than once a session.
