Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina.

A Georgia native, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Advertising at the University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University.

Courtney specializes in supporting adolescents (11+) and young adults navigating challenges such as ADHD/ADD, OCD, anxiety, depression, phobias, interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing her to tailor treatment to each client's diverse needs and concerns.

Committed to fostering purposeful therapeutic relationships, Courtney adopts a holistic perspective, understanding that each individual's story, treatment path, and desired outcomes are unique. Her primary goal is to offer clients a secure and accepting space to navigate their distinct life challenges with compassion and understanding.

Outside of her practice, Courtney enjoys quality time with her husband, family, and friends, as well as being active, traveling, and discovering new restaurants in the Charlotte area.
